Balls Our Stress Balls are made from PU foam and normally for a new stress balls shape, an initial gypsum mould is made and stress balls samples are then made for approval. Once these initial stress balls samples have been approved a full stress balls mould set is made - ready for full production. These stress ball moulds are filled with the PU substrate and then heated up through a conveyorised heating tunnel. The up foam sets inside the stress balls mould and at the final stage the finished stress balls are taken out of the stress balls mould sets and the moulds are cleaned out ready for future use. Stress balls are a superb corporate of business gift. They can be printed with your company logo and marketing strap line and every time the stress balls are used they remind the user of your company.
